Nurrachmat Widyasena, atau yang akrab dipanggil Ito, merupakan perupa, pegrafis, ilustrator, dan desainer Indonesia yang tinggal dan bekerja di Bandung. Ia belajar seni grafis di Fakultas Seni Rupa dan Desain Institut Teknologi Bandung dan lulus pada tahun 2013. Karya-karyanya sangat dipengaruhi oleh retro-futurisme, fiksi-sains, Pop Art, dan komik. Berkarya dengan berbagai medium seperti lukisan, seni grafis, dan instalasi, serta material seperti pelat logam, pipa besi, kayu, dan objek temuan (found object), Ito menggambarkan ironi masyarakat kita dengan membandingkan imaji masa depan yang canggih di pertengahan abad ke-20 dengan realita mengecewakan yang kita hadapi hari ini. Ironi tersebut diperluas ke dalam proses artistiknya dengan menggunakan teknik-teknik sederhana untuk menggambarkan gagasan futuristiknya. Dalam pameran tunggalnya tahun 2019 yang berjudul “Nostaljik Kritik: Operasi Taimket”, Ito mulai beralih dari karya figuratif ke abstraksi bentuk yang diambil dari teori-teori fisika, yang juga menandai pergeseran tema kekaryaannya dari fantasi menjadi realitas.

Lahir di Bukittinggi, 27 November 1984, menempuh pendidikan strata satu di Institut Seni Indonesia dengan jurusan Disain Komunikasi Visual, aktif terlibat dalam event senirupa sebagai disainer, perupa dan penyelenggara.

I was born in 1989 in Bima, Indonesia. Graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology with Graphic Design major. After 4.5 years working as Art director in various companies in Jakarta, decided moved back to Bandung to focus on becoming an artist. My work focus only on one big theme: How human looking up at Celestial Objects and being influenced by it.

Growing up near the shore and surrounded by the fisherman community, as a way of navigating the sea, the wisdom about looking up the moon and stars has become inherited knowledge. Observing how my community rely on watching the moon to decide the best time for fishing, this has been a spark of inspiration for me since childhood. How is it objects which far from earth surface has so much influenced not

just in the scientific way and how nature works, but in a cultural way. From a simple bedtime folklore for kids to National debate about Ramadan, I found the celestial objects always take part in many aspects of human culture.

After all, as someone who live in the equator along with the Southeast Asia region, the Night sky have so many influences in my life and my people, other than just the raising tides by the Fullmoon. And I would like to show that to the world through art; how we people from the shore look up to the sky and being influenced by it.

Restu Ratnaningtyas was born in Banten, Indonesia in 1981. She works as an illustrator and artist in Yogyakarta. She mostly works on paper and fabric, but often explores other media. Riski Januar is an artist with a background in Photography, based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. His works are renowned for exploring photography combined with other mediums such as painting and graphic art. His artistic exploration often involves unconventional materials like leaf chlorophyll, gelatin, and gum to create visual imagery. In 2015, he held his debut solo exhibition titled Artganic, showcasing photographic works printed using leaf chlorophyll and combined with watercolor techniques.
