Dapott Kesuma
Ida Bagus Udayana, or well known as Dapott Kesuma, is an artist based
in Yogyakarta. Born in traditional Balinese background and grew up in
modern multi-cultural environment have shaped his visual languange.
Dapott working with the intersection of drawing and printmaking
process, instead of applying these techniques in their conventional forms,
he prefers to integrate them in unconventional way. Throught this artistic
practice, Dapott trying to articulates a social issues emerging from the
everyday phenomena that shape his lived experience.
